Hoang Anh Flavors & Food Ingredients has announced the installation of a new large scale and sophisticated spray drying unit in its Hiep Phuoc Plant. This is a third unit in Hoang Anh’s Spray Drying facility, and is part of its expansion plans. This unit is specially designed for the production of solid powder, dust-free agglomerated particles; and will be used in micro-encapsulation of bioactive substances.

The additional unit is installed in compliance with Quality and Safety Standards and is now in full operation. Hoang Anh’s Board of Management is enthusiastic about the increased scope of offering to customers, and the new possibilities this unit leads to.  

According to Mr. Vo Van Toi, the Plant Director: “ Currently, we have SD1 and SD4 operating. The new SD2 will increase our current capacity of producing powdered products by threefold and as well as offer a comprehensive range of solutions for various applications. In the mean time, our team has also finished the construction and testing of several important new facilities, such as: clean room and UHT system. The instalments of SD2 and other key facilities are a milestone in our strategic development, in response to growing customer demand for the technologies”
